Liquid Analysis (standard)

  • Use a melting point tube
  • Dip it into the liquid
  • Optimum position
  • Moved into the gas stream either manual or by the motorized rail
  • Spectra are produced instantaneosly
  • Samples and reference samples can be run simultaniously for accurate mass measurement
 

DART-SVP 3+D scanner X-Y (option)

The 3+D scanner is designed to permit movement of a large format object in order to complete determination of chemicals present on the object surface. X-Y movement of the sample stage is completed under computer control using a web enabled program. Movement of up to 20 mm in the Z-direction is completed manually.

 

X-Z Transmission Module (option)

  • Liquid samples or extracts are pipetted onto 96 discrete positions of the XZ Transmission Module consumable screen by using either manual pipetting or laboratory robotics, thus, allowing integration of the device into the laboratory workflow and informatics.
  • Automated analyzes of the samples is completed by moving the screen into position between the front of the DART source and the inlet of the mass spectrometer under control of the SVP software.
  • DART technology eliminates the need for chromatography, thus, simplifying sample prep and speeding analysis.

Thin Layer (TLC) plate holder (option)

  • Spring loaded plate holder makes it easy to change plates
  • Motorized rail moves TLC-plate across Dart ionization beam
  • Suitable for borh preparative and anaytical TLC-plates
  • Can be used to hold microscope slides etc.

Multiple Liquid Sample Analysis (option)

  • Up to 12 samples in the holder
  • Spacing of DIPit holder allows sampling from multi-well plates
  • Mororized rail moves samples into gas stream on-by-one
  • 12 samples < 1 min

Tablet analysis (option)

  • Holds multiple tablets large or small
  • Motorised rail moves automatically to next tablet
